At NetWorks, we provide timely, efficient service to keep your computers and peripheral devices running smoothly. Our skilled technicians will diagnose problems and make the necessary repairs/replacements or adjustments to maintain the hardware in your organization.

Emergency Response: Our IT support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For after-hours or emergency support, call 417.889.9960 and our professional answering service will page a technician to respond to your call.

Break/Fix Services: Need a new CD drive? More memory? Monitor beginning to flicker? Call NetWorks and let us send out a certified service technician.

Move/Add/Change: Moving offices? Adding new users? We will get you up and running with a minimal amount of downtime.

Printer Repairs & Preventive Maintenance: Printers are prone to a lot more wear and tear than other computer equipment. Paper dust and other build-up can result in poor print quality and will often lead to more serious problems. Pick-up rollers wear over time leading to annoying paper jams. We strongly advocate regular preventative maintenance to help maintain excellent output quality and reduce the possibility of expensive repairs.

Warranty Service & Repair: At NetWorks, we service what we sell. Our factory trained and certified technicians allow us to obtain support and parts quickly to get you working sooner.
